Ingredients:
oats -1 cup(i used Quaker oats)onion -1 big finely chopped
green chilly -2( finely chopped)
ghee
sugar 4 spoon
salt
curry leaf
peanuts-1 cup
mustard - 1/2 spoon
grated coconut-1/4 cup
after adding water in kadai to upma |
METHOD:
In a kadai add ghee temper wid mustard,peanuts,curry leaf when it start spluttering add onion, green chilly fry till transparent.then add oats mix well fry 2 min with continuous stirring,then add coconut,salt ,sugar mix well add hot water 2 cup and stir well (don't allow to burn stir continuously)cook for few min till it become little dry ,off the gas .
