Ingredients
Bread slice -5
Dry fruits - ( cashew nuts , raisins , badam ,pista, ) for garnishing fry in little ghee and make small pieces
Dry fruits - ( cashew nuts , badam ,pista, walnuts ) fry in little ghee and make powder
Milk -2 bowl
Sugar -1 1/2 cup
Cardamon powder 1 spoon
Kesar 1/2 spoon
Method
Dip bread slice in water and make small round balls ( u can make 2 balls using 1 bread)
Then shallow fry all balls in ghee , keep aside
In a pan boil milk , sugar ,reduce to half then add dry fruits powder mix it well when it becomes thick off the flame and add bread balls ,garnish with dry fruits , kesar .keep in refrigerator for some time serve cold .
