Basmati rice -2 cup
Vegetables cooked ( carrot,green peas , potato )
Pudina-1 cup
Coriander leaf -1 cup
Green chilly -5
Carrot -2
Green peas -1 cup
Potato -1
Ghee
Dry fruits
Bay leaf
Saunf -1/2 spoon
Ginger -garlic paste
Method
Grind green chilly ,pudina,coriander leaf ginger garlic paste ,into fine paste .keep aside
Wash and soak rice for 15 min
In a vessel add ghee when hot add bay leaf , saunf , now add vegetable fry for sometime , add turmeric ,salt , mix it . Now add pudina paste , mix well . Add rice mix well add water (4 cup ) .after rice done garnish with fried dry fruits & coriander leaf .
