Spinach & dil leaves egg fried rice

This is very simple and healthy easy recipe ,kids will love this .

Ingredients :(for 4 ppl)
Cooked rice ( u can use left over rice ) 
Egg-3
Onion-2
Soya sauce - 4 spoon
Tomato ketchup -1 spoon
Lemon-1 or vinegar 
Cooked Green peas -1/2 cup
Pepper powder -1 spoon
Red chilly powder -1/2 spoon
Salt
Ginger - garlic paste 
Butter -1 spoon
Oil
Green chilly -2
Spinach -1cup
Dil leaves -1cup


Method 
Cook rice and keep in fridge for 1 hr 
In a thick bottom pan add oil + butter , when it is hot add onion sauté for 2 min add ginger garlic paste , green chilly,green peas  mix well add pepper powder ,red chilly powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup , salt ,lemon juice, break eggs and mix it well add rice , spinach and dil leaves , mix well and cook 5 min . Serve hot with  ketchup or any manchurian .
