Ingredients
Yogurt -1 cup
Salt
Grated coconut -1/2 cup
Rice -3 cup
Method :
Soak rice for 30 min ( without soaking u can do)
In a blender add all items and grind to a smooth batter .
To a pan apply oil ,add 1 scoop batter ( do not spread more only little at centre )cover and fry both or only one side .apply ghee on dosa and sprinkle some sugar on that dosa and serve hot .
