I learnt this by watching one Gujarati video long back . I just changed some step thats it . Soo all credit goes to them .
Ingredients
Ghee -1 cup
Sugar -1 cup
Water -1 cup
Maida as required
Rava (semolina ) -1/4 cup
Method
In a bowl add water , ghee ,sugar and keep in oven for a min , or u can keep in gas also till sugar melts .
Now let it cool for some time , then add maida , rava ,slowly mix it till soft dough . Now roll it like chapathi ( not soo thick not soo thin let chapathi b medium )then using cutter or knife cut it horizontally and vertically ,to small piece , now deep fry all small piece , fry till golden brown your shankarpali is ready .
