This is very very tasty recipe , this is my version of recipe , jus tried it in my kitchen , and came out really yummy .
Ingredients for marination
Prawns
Haldi
Salt
Pepper powder 1/2 spoon
Kasuri methi 1 spoon
Chilly flakes -1 spoon
Ginger garlic paste -1 spoon
Ingredients for gravy
Onion -2 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Green chilly - 3 long sliced
Corn flour 1 spoon ( dissolve in water and make paste )
Soya sauce -1 spoon
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves finely chopped
Butter
Ginger - garlic paste - 1 spoon
Garam masala 1 spoon
Shrimp broth ( I used knor ) -1 cube ( dissolve in water and make paste )
Schezwan sauce -2 spoon
Spring onion
Coriender leaf
Method
Marinate prawns and keep 30 min
In a kadai add butter , add garlic and sauté till golden brown , add onion fry till transparent then add ginger garlic paste , green chilly , spring onion , tomato , mix well till tomato become soft now add marinated prawns , shrimp broth mix well , cook for 5 to 10 min now add garam masala , Corn flour paste mix well finely add schezwan sauce , soya sauce , coriender leaf mix cook 2 min off the gas .
Note : add salt only for marinating , at last stage off cooking check salt , if u need then only add .
