Palak dosa is very simple and healthy dosa . A small twist to normal dosa batter . If you hav dosa batter ready then u can do this dosa within a min .
Ingredients :
Dosa batter 2 cup
Palak purée ( wash palak and put in boiling water and boil for some min don't close and boil , then cool it and put to a mixer to tat add 1 green chilly , inch ginger, make a paste )
Grated carrot
Onion ( finely chopped )
Ghee
Cumin powder -1/2 spoon
Salt
Method :
To normal dosa batter add salt cumin powder , palak purée , mix it well
In a dosa pan spread little ghee and using a paper tissue rub full pan , then spread dosa batter on pan on tat put grated carrot , onion , put ghee to sides and middle and close the pan , when done serve hot wid coconut chutney .
