PANEER KAJU MASALA


INGREDIENTS:(serves 4 to 5)
paneer cubes -1 pack
onion-2
tomato-1
green chilly-1
cashew-10 to 12 pieces (soaked in hot water for 15min)
coriander powder-1spoon
red chilly powder-1 spoon
black pepper powder -1/2 spoon
tomato ketchup-2 spoon
turmeric
salt
butter
oil
jeer
sugar-1/2 spoon
ginger- garlic paste-1/2 spoon
garlic finely chopped
coriander leaf
 milk-1/4cup

 METHOD:

Paneer Kaju Masala
In a small saucepan combine the onion,tomato,and water and bring to a boil,simmer over low heat until the onion is just tender,abt 15min.Using a slotted spoon transfer the onion,tomato to a blender and add ginger garlic paste,green chilly and make a fine paste.
In a kadai add little oil+butter add garlic,then add jeera when it splutter add onion tomato paste,add coriander powder,red chilly powder,black pepper powder,turmeric,salt,liv it cook .
when it starts living oil add cashew paste,tomato ketchup,sugar,mix well, add paneer cubes cook for 5 min ,finally add milk,mix well off the flame.garnish with coriander leaf and cashew.serve wid roti
