EGG MASALA

Egg masala 
Ingredients 
Boiled egg -4( cut into half)
Onion -2 finely chopped
Tomato -1 finely chopped
Coriander leaf
Garlic - 3 finely chopped
Schezwan sauces -2 spoon
Tomato sauce -2 spoon
Soya sauce -1 spoon
Red chilly powder 1 spoon
Chilly flakes -1/2 spoon 
Coriander powder -1 spoon
Jeera powder -1 spoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder -1 spoon
Kasuri methi -1 spoon
Amchur powder -1/2 spoon
ginger garlic paste -1 spoon
Olive oil 

Method 
Add olive oil to pan , when hot add garlic fry till golden ,add onion fry till golden brown , add ginger garlic paste , tomato fry till tomato becomes soft now add schezwan sauce mix well add chilly flakes , and all dry powders , kasuri methi , mix and add 1/2 glass water and cook 5 min now add tomato and soya sauce mix well now add boiled half eggs to gravy , off the gas and garnish with coriander leaf .
