BITTER-GOURD-MANCHURIAN

Karela manchurian (bitter-gourd-manchurian.)
This recipe is very tasty and healthy. Most of the people hate this specially kids . But this recipe everyone vil like it ,  Just try out . 
Ingredients 
Maida - 1/2 spoon
Rice flour-1/2 spoon 
Dry powders: 
1)Red chilly powder
2)Haldi
3)Garam masala 
4)Chat masala
5)Coriander powder
6)Pepper powder
7)Cumin powder
8)Amchur powder 
Salt
Sugar
Soya sauce 
Tomato ketchup 
Coriander leaf
Green chilly -2
Garlic -3 cloves
Ginger
Lemon juice
Onion -1 medium sliced 
Bitter gourd -2 
Ginger - garlic  paste 

Method :
Peel the outer part of karela and remove the seeds inside and cut round and soak in water along wid pinch salt and haldi keep 15 min.
Mix maida, rice flour, red chilly powder little salt and make a batter dip karela one by one and deep fry , fry till
Crispy remove and keep aside .
In a another pan heat 2 tbs of oil , add garlic ( finely chopped) fry till golden brown ,add ginger , green chilly( all finely chopped) fry for some time add ginger - garlic paste 1/2 spoon mix well add onion fry till golden brown now add all dry powders mix well if u need u can add 3 to 4 spoon water then mix finally add salt , sugar ( 1/2 spoon ) and all the sauce , mix it then add fried karela . Finally add coriander leaf and lemon juice ( 3 spoon) for garnishing. Serve hot
