Choco dates cake by steam method

Ingredients
Maida - 2 cup
Baking powder-1/4th spoon
Baking soda - pinch
Coco powder - 1/2 cup
Dates ( remove seeds)
Milk-1 cup
Vanila essence -1/2 spoon
Egg-2
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Dry fruits ( mixed dry fruits grind roughly )
Butter - 1 cup

Method
Sieve the flour , cocopowder, baking powder, baking soda.
In another bowl .
Grind dates using milk and make paste .
Mix the sugar and butter until creamy (you can use a machine or by hand), then add the egg and mix until the egg is well combined. Add the vanilla and beat for a few more minutes. Now add the dates mixture and stir using a spatula or wooden spoon. Add the flours with the nuts, and fold into the mixture until well-combined.
Grease the bowl using oil ,sprinkle oil to bowl , then sprinkle some maida and pour cake batter . Place idli maker and boil water when water starts boiling keep the cake bowl and cook till cake is cooked ( check in between by fork , if it comes neatly widout any sticky then cake is cooked ,off the gas ) it takes around 30 min .
When it cools transfer it to plate and decorate as u wish .
