Chicken Briyani I prepared here is using ready Briyani masala and  also I did small experiment by adding some extra items while marinating , soo tat Briyani taste really Gud. Second point is dum , I used non stick heavy bottom pan and layered gravy and rice and placed banana leaf at the top and closed cooked for 20 min in very low flame . U cane replace color powder by  kesar, soak kesar in warm milk then add  ,hope u all vil like it . Thank u 
Chicken 1 kg 
Teju briyani masala full packet 
Ginger garlic paste1 spoon 
Green chilly 4
Garam masala 1/2 spoon 
Curds 1 cup 
Haldi ( do not add salt to gravy Briyani masala contains salt ) 
Fried onions, ghee ( fried using ghee use Half for marinating other half for dum)
Garam masala
Pudina ( half for marninating other half for dum)
Coriender leaf ( half for marninating other half for dum)
Mix all the  above ingredients and marinate for 30 min 
Then cook rice by adding ghee and ( tie chakra, chake, black pepper , Briyani leaf in a cloth and add to rice ) cook rice keep aside 
Now in a pan add chicken masala and cook till dry . 
Then dum by adding little chicken gravy to non stick vessel on tat little rice ,color , fried onions , dry fruits, coriender and pudina do it 2 to 3 layers and dum in low flame for 20 min then serve hot.
