MIXED SPOURTS PULAO

Ingredients:(serves 4 )

Basmati rice-2 cup
onion-3 long sliced
pudina -1 cup
coriander leaf -1 cup
dry fruits -1/2 cup
green chilly 3 to 4
ghee
bay leaf-1
Cinnamon-1
Cloves-1
black pepper-2
Cardamom-1
carrot-1
potato-1
mixed sprouts-1 small cup
green peas-1 cup
ginger -garlic paste -1 spoon
jeera powder-1/4 spoon



METHOD:

Soak rice for 30min,grind pudina,coriander leaf and green chilly make a fine paste keep aside.
In a kadai add ghee add bay leaf.cinnamon,cloves,black pepper,cardamom,then add onion cook till golden brown,then add ginger garlic paste,add all veggies,sprouts,salt,jeera powder fry  for 5 min then add rice mix it,cook 3min add pudina paste mix well again cook 3min then add water  around 4 to 5 cup .let it cook in medium flame till rice is done .Garnish wid fried dry fruits and coriander leaf.serve wid raitha.
