CHUTNEY PUDI

Ingredients :
Red papad - roasted /fried dry prawns /fried dry fish 
Onion finely chopped-1
Coconut -1 bowl
Coriander seeds -1 spoon
Jeera -1/2 spoon
Curry leaf 1/2 cup
Garlic -3 to 4 cloves
Red chilly 4 to 5
Pepper -3 
Haldi
Salt 
coconut oil -2 to 3 spoon
Tamarind jus a small piece 
  

Method 
In a pan add little coconut oil fry onion till golden brown and keep aside . 
To same pan add coriander , jeera , pepper , red chilly , curry leaves, garlic , tamarind dry roast till nice aroma comes . & then keep aside . 
To same pan dry roast coconut till light golden color and mix everything, add turmeric salt to it  ,dry grind . Ur chutney pudi is ready . 
Now roast papad and crush it and mix it to chutney pudi . 
Note : for non veg lovers add dry fish or dry prawns ( small ) fry it without  oil for 5 min then mix it to chutney pudi . 
Note :u can store chutney pudi in air tight container for Long time .
