CARROT CAKE

Carrot cake
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
Maida -1 1/2 cup 
Baking soda-1/4 spoon 
Baking powder-1/4 spoon
Salt -1/4 spoon

Egg -2
Sugar -1 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence-1/2 spoon
Vegetable oil -1 cup
Cardamom powder -1/2 spoon
Grated carrot -2
Mixed fruits( tutty  fruty)
Walnuts
Raisins 
Milk ( if needed)



Method 
Mix all dry ingredients
In another bowl beat eggs to tat add sugar , oil , vanilla essence, beat well till fluffy.
To the tat add grated carrot , cardamom powder, raisins , walnuts, mixed fruits , finally add dry ingredients and fold the batter . To greased pan pour battle . Preheat oven for 15 min. Nw bake for 30 to 20 min till cake is done ( check cake by inserting fork if fork comes out neatly widout sticky then ur cake is done) . When cake is done let it cool then remove from vessel and do icing as u wish.
